In this workshop, we will go over the following:
- The anatomy of the bike
- Removing wheels
- Fixing flats
- Chain Maintenance
- Pre-Ride check
- Seat height
- Portable tool kit
- Keeping your bike healthy with preventative bike maintenance
Please do not bring your bicycle into the building. This is a lecture-style course. All participants may receive one free helmet per year.
