Legal designations can significantly impact the future of your business, so it is important to understand your business in the legal sense. Attend this workshop to learn about the advantages and disadvantages of various business structures (sole proprietorship, partnership, LLC, non-profit and corporations) and to be able to get your legal questions answered by a legal advisor.
