Open House for Middle Income Homeowner Unit

You are invited to an open house for a two bedroom condominium for middle income households that is being offered by the Community Development Department. During the open house, staff will be available to discuss this opportunity and the City's homeownership program.
Applications are being accepted from households earning up to 120 percent of the area medium income. It is not necessary to attend the open house to apply for the unit. Applications are due on Monday, May 16 by 7:00 P.M.
Interested applicants must meet income and asset limit criteria, and provide a pre-approval for a mortgage sufficient to purchase the unit. Preference will be given to Cambridge residents and families with children. The unit is subject to resale, limited equity and occupancy restrictions
