A draft version of the 2013 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report is available for review.  You may submit comments until September 16, 2013.

This document is a DRAFT version of its FY2013 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) reviewing the utilization of U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Funds. The FY2013 CAPER describes the activities and accomplishments associated with the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Act Grant (HOME) and the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) during the City’s Fiscal Year 2013 (July 1, 2012 – June 30, 2013). Comments will be received until Monday, September 16, 2013. A final version of the CAPER will be submitted to HUD and made available to the public on or before September 30, 2013.
