Sprouts are easy to grow at home indoors and can add fresh flavor and nutrients to your diet all year round. Learn how to grow your own sprouts with a wide range of seeds, including radish, pea, chickpea, mung bean, alfalfa, fenugreek, sunflower, lentil and broccoli.
Registration is required. This workshop will take place on Zoom. A link will be emailed to registrants one hour before the program begins.
