Join us for a series of workshops for tweens and teens about social justice.

In a workshop from the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild’s Street Law Clinic, public defender Makis Antzoulatos will guide tweens and teens through their rights in “stop and search” scenarios with the police. https://nlgmass.org/

If you have specific questions for the presenter, please submit them by Friday May 7 using this form

Makis Antzoulatos is a longtime public defender, staff attorney in Suffolk County Superior Court, and Co-Chair of the Mass Defense Committee. In a profession overwhelmingly dedicated to propping up a capitalist and white supremacist status quo, Makis counts on the Guild to connect and support others in the legal community who are committed to fighting oppression.

Register below. Zoom link will be emailed to registrants one hour before the program begins.

The series continues with 5/19 Speak On It, 5/26 Social Justice at the CPL and a Panel: Voices of Youth Activists on 5/27
