Paper Bead Making with Alex Makes Art (Virtual)

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM Friday, March 25, 2022

Location:
Online
Cambridge

Allow Alex Makes Art to bring some color into your weekly schedule! We will be using everyday household items to create projects that are modifiable for all ages.

Supply list:

  • Sheets of colorful paper from old mail, magazines and/or newspapers. Note: Choosing a paper closer to copier/printer weight is better than going as thick as scrapbooking/cardstock!
  • Chopstick and/or pencil
  • Pair of scissors
  • Glue (it's fun to have options; try white glue, glue stick or mod podge to find your favorite method!)

For this craft, we'll learn three of Miss Alex's favorite types of beads to make. This is a great activity for upcycle and fine-motor exercise, suitable for all ages.

Once beads are dry, they can be strung into jewelry, a keychain, or used as home decor.

Register below. Zoom link will be emailed to registrants one hour before the program begins.

This program is free and open to the public and is not recorded. If you register but later find you cannot attend, please remember to cancel your registration to make space for others.
