May also Mental Health Awareness Month when we raise awareness about mental health, combat the stigma associated with it, and advocate for policies that support community members and families dealing with mental health. In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, the Office of Mayor Siddiqui and the Library are collaborating on Woof Wellness with Therapy Dogs on Saturday, May 20, from 12-2 p.m. During the program, community members will have the opportunity to spend a few minutes with therapy dogs and learn about their important role in providing comfort and healing to community members. The event is scheduled for Saturday May 20, from 12- 2 p.m. at the Main Library. Registration is required.
