Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 6:00 PM to consider the following matters under M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge:

1. Public Hearings: Alterations to Designated Properties
Case 5326: 17 Story St. (aka 127 Mt Auburn St.) and 129 Mt Auburn St., by 17 Story Street, LLC. Relocate and restore house (17 Story). Demolish 3-decker (129 Mt. Auburn). Construct hotel and residential building.
Case 5307: 15 Mt Auburn St., by President & Fellows of Harvard College. Demolish existing building and construct a new 3-story building.
Case 5343: 173 Mt. Auburn St., by Pradeep Mansukhani. Remove rear chimney and select window changes.
Case 5344: 145 Brattle St., by Holy Trinity Armenian Church. Alter paving material of walkways and install flag poles.
Case 5345: 167 Brattle St., by 167 Brattle St. Nominee Trust. Alter paving and landscape structures.
Case 5346: 177 Brattle St., by Red Bird Group LLC. Alter materials and glazing on front elevation.
