Pre-Application Community Meetings

Per the Planning Board Rules, before applying for a Planning Board Special Permit, an applicant must conduct a community engagement process including at least one community meeting.

NOTE: The developer is responsible for conducting the meeting and notifying abutters, neighborhood groups and CDD staff. A summary of the engagement process must be included with the Special Permit Application.
