ACTION ITEM: [Bill] Ask Sam Musher & CRLS faculty advisor if there are CRLS students with something to perform. [Still to do]

ACTION ITEM [Bill]: Find out what our budget is for performers [Shameka put on the agenda for next week’s full Commission meeting.]

ACTION ITEM [Bill]: Find out what our budget is for food [ditto]

ACTION ITEM [Emmy]: Ask Sam if they are enough of a contact for all Cambridge public Schools? [Still to do]
ACTION ITEM [Emmy]: Ask private schools (BB&N, Shady Hill, Atrium, Fayerweather, Cambridge Montessori.

ACTION ITEM [Bill]: Ask Shameka about the age of youth member {Shameka tabled this until after Commission discussion on recruitment of new Commissioners in general.

Flyer for youth pride can include adding youth who may be interested in joining the commission

NOTE: Both Emmy & Bill will be out of the country on May 16th. We need to recruit others to table.
