Request for Proposals (RFP) to select a master tenant to occupy, activate, program, and maintain the City-owned Foundry building at 101 Rogers Street
On January 25, 2018, the Cambridge Redevelopment Authority (CRA), in consultation with the City of Cambridge, issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to select a master tenant to occupy, activate, program, and maintain the City-owned Foundry building at 101 Rogers Street. Proposals are due by March 15th, 2018. The CRA will work with City staff, and with input from the Foundry Advisory Committee, to evaluate proposals and recommend a master tenant for the building. The recommendation for a master tenant will be made to the CRA Board and the City Manager. The Request for Proposals can be found here: www.cambridgeredevelopment.org.
