Any registered voter can vote early now through Friday, March 1, 2024 at 12 p.m. Unlike Election Day, you are not assigned to a polling location during the early voting period.
You can go to any of the three Cambridge early voting locations:
Cambridge Water Department, 250 Fresh Pond Parkway
Cambridge Public Library, 449 Broadway
Valente Branch Library, 826 Cambridge Street
These results are unofficial as of November 9, 2023. Write-in and auxiliary ballots are included in the results; provisional and mailed overseas absentee ballots are not included. The results may change as a result of votes cast on provisional ballots and mailed overseas absentee ballots, which will be counted on November 17, as required by state law. No results are final, and no candidate can be declared elected until all ballots have been counted and the Election Commission announces the official results.
The following results are unofficial as of November 7, 2023. Write-in, auxiliary, provisional, and overseas absentee ballots are not included in the results. Write-in and auxiliary ballots will be tabulated beginning on Wednesday, November 8, 2023. Official results cannot be declared until Friday, November 17, when provisional ballots and overseas absentee ballots will be counted, as mandated by state law.
You must vote at the polling location where you are registered. Please note that due to the 2022 Reprecincting, your polling location may have changed. Please double check your polling location before going to vote. To find your polling location and precinct information, visit www.cambridgema.gov/pollinglocations.
Early voting is an opportunity to vote before Election Day. Any registered voter in Cambridge can vote during the early voting period, from Saturday, October 28, 2023 through Friday, November 3, 2023. Unlike Election Day, you are not assigned to a polling location. You can go to any of the Cambridge Early Voting Locations.

Nomination papers for City Council and School Committee will be available beginning Monday, July 3rd at the Election Commission office, 51 Inman Street, Cambridge.
