Congratulations to Vinroy Paul on his promotion to Deputy Fire Chief!
Chief Paul is the 1st firefighter of color to be promoted to the Deputy Chief rank in the Cambridge Fire Department since Richard Cully, who was promoted to Deputy Chief in 1973, 50 years ago.
