    Jose Manuel Dominguez Miranda, 26, of Waltham was placed under arrest for Operating Under Influence - Liquor, Open Container and Marked Lane Violation. Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle Miranda was operating for an observed violation. During the stop Miranda exhibited multiple indicators of impairment.

    Police responded to Broadway Street for a report of a past larceny. The reporting party claimed an individual met them at a public location to discuss the sale of a necklace. The individual proceeded to steal the necklace and fled.
