Tech Classes and Tech Help

Need basic tech help or to practice with technology? We offer tech classes and one-on-one tech help to beginner and intermediate technology users. Learn more about how to register.

Digital Navigator Support

Need one-on-one support to help you access the Internet, set up devices, and to use online services effectively? Digital Navigators can help! Digital Navigators also provide free laptops and internet hotspots to eligible patrons.

Computers and Take Out Technology

Need to access a printer, use a computer or take out technology? We offer Chromebooks (computers), internet hotspots, Go Pros, assistive technology and other tech tools for in-library use and take out for two weeks.

Digital Learning Resources

We offer digital learning resources for beginner and intermediate technology use. Find free, online resources to build your technology skills.

Digital Equity Updates

  • City of Cambridge 2021 Digital Equity Study Report

  • The Library has launched a new program called Tech for All.  Through this program, qualified applicants will receive free refurbished Windows-based laptops and mobile Wi-Fi hotspots. Applications are now closed. Selected participants will be chosen through a randomized selection process and notified by April 3. Information about future application windows will be shared as it becomes available. Questions? How do I register to attend a one-on-one tech help session?

You can register to attend tech help sessions through our tech help calendar or, by calling the branch where you would like to attend a class. View the upcoming one-on-one tech help sessions to register. 

Do I need an appointment for one-on-one tech help or tech classes?

Registration for tech classes and tech help sessions is not required unless otherwise stated.
