Summer Reading: Storytelling with Ben Cunningham IN THE PEABODY SCHOOL GYM (O'Neill)

Due to the weather, this program will happen inside the Peabody School gym. Please enter the gym through Door 8 on Haskell St.
Join local artist, musician and educator Ben Cunningham for a transformative storytelling performance. Recommended for children ages 5 and up and their caregivers.
Funding for Summer Reading has been generously provided by the City of Cambridge, Cambridge Public Library Foundation, Friends of the Cambridge Public Library and the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.

Summer Fitness: Yoga in the park (Main)
Tuesday, July 14 @ 6:00 PM
All are welcome to attend the Cambridge Public Library's free outdoor yoga summer series every other Tuesday starting July 14 until August 25. No registration is necessary. The Library will not provide any materials - please bring your own mat and whatever item is in your practice. In case of rain, yoga will be held in the community room.
Shayla Tate of M.U.D.D. Flower Yoga leads us through this 60-minute evening flow.

Join us for stories, songs and rhymes! Recommended for children ages 18 months to 3 years and their caregivers. This program can accommodate 45 people. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis on the day of the program. The entire party must be present to receive a ticket. This program starts promptly. Open Shop (Main)
During Open Shop, anyone who has completed Hive training and is badged can reserve Hive equipment or studio spaces. Additionally, individuals are welcome to drop in to work on their projects independently. The Hive staff will assist with questions as they are able! New makers are also welcome to come in during open shop for a 10min drop in video safety training! Tool Reservations for this date will open two weeks prior from this date.

Participants will explore how to build and develop a D&D character, gaining the skills to recreate or expand their own characters in the future. Capacity for this event is limited, and participants will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis. This event is recommended for children ages 8 and up. Bring your project and enjoy the company of other fiber crafters. Drop-in with this informal group to work on your craft, get inspired, pick up skills and socialize.
