Advance Removal and Depositing of Ballots for the State Election November 3 2026
Under the provisions of “The Votes Act”, early voting ballots may be processed in advance of Election Day. The City of Cambridge Election Commission will conduct advance removal of voted State Election ballots on Monday, October 26th, Tuesday, October 27th, Wednesday, October 28th and Thursday, October 29th beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the City Hall Annex, 344 Broadway, 2nd Floor Conference Room. The voted ballots will be removed from their sealed envelopes and prepared for advance depositing. The advance depositing of voted State Election ballots will be conducted on Friday, October 30th, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the City Hall Annex, 344 Broadway, 2nd Floor Conference Room. The voted ballots will be placed in a tabulator and counted.
