Learn mindfulness meditation and breathwork.
You will practice the element of mindfulness, which is being in the moment, and the element of being aware of your personal state.
Practicing body scan meditation to still the mind and bring into focus certain parts of the body, by guiding imagination and intentions to calm ones mind and emotions.
For seniors 60+. Cost is $3.00 per class.
