Testimonials
"My interviewing skills improved a lot through all the practice we did together, and it made a big difference when I was interviewing for a sous chef role. At first, I struggled to clearly explain my experience and responsibilities, but with [CEP staff's] help, I learned how to speak about my skills with more confidence. The interview practice helped me feel more confident in my ability to communicate not just what I do but why it matters to success of the kitchen.
By the time I had the real interview, I felt prepared [that] I could show the hiring manager that I am not just a strong cook, but someone ready to support the lead chef. That confidence helped me stand out and get the job offer." - Cambridge Employment Program client
