Senior Strength Building with Resistance Bands Class

Class will meet each Monday of the month. Strength training is a key component of any well-rounded exercise program. Muscle strengthening exercises using all the major muscles should be a part of everyone’s fitness routine. 

This one hour exercise class will teach you safe strength training exercises using resistance bands that can be done anywhere.  The class also includes a warm-up, some stretching, as well as some balance exercises.
Resistance bands provided during class.

Cost: $3.00 per class
