Learn and practice talking with your teen about the topic of mental health with two Cambridge Department of Public Health professionals who are also trainers in Mental Health First Aid for youth. A virtual event brought to you by the Cambridge Healthy Children Task Force.
The full 2 hours will be used for presentations but also breakout groups of caregivers, with time for practicing the ideas you have learned.
