Addiction & Recovery: Out of the Darkness and Into the Light
"Stronger Together" a Cambridge-based peer support group for 55+ adults in recovery from drugs and alcohol, is hosting a panel discussion and Q&A at the Cambridge Citywide Senior Center Ballroom.
Local Personality Jimmy Tingle will be the featured guest speaker.
Panel topics include: facts about addiction, personal experience stories, coping strategies, risk and protective factors, addiction and mental health, stigma, recovery as a lifelong process, and resources.
