The Senior Center’s Town Meeting is an opportunity for the senior center community to come together with staff to share information, make suggestions and hear what’s going on in the community that affect seniors.
This month, Professor Candy Sidner, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, will join us and talk about “Conversational Computer Agents as Everyday Companions”.
Conversational agents are animated computer characters or robots that you talk to just like another person.
These agents not only let you access the digital world without having to learn how to use computer, they can actually teach you things, socialize with you, and keep you company.
The Town Meeting is followed by our monthly Birthday Party. Everyone is invited.
