Strength Building class utilizes a combination of seated and 

standing exercises while using resistance bands.

Strength Building exercises are a great way to increase strength

and mobility, while having fun.

This class is suitable for all and participants can go

at their own pace. 

This class is taught by an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer.
