Recreation League Weather Updates

7/14/20254 months ago

We are thrilled to welcome more than 900 athletes to Cambridge Recreation’s Summer Basketball and Street Hockey Leagues this summer!

Summer weather often brings rain and thunderstorms, and leagues will be cancelled in the event of heavy rain, risk of lightning, or poor court conditions due to weather. Recreation coaches and staff monitor weather conditions closely to get every possible game in. However, the safety of our players is our top priority.

If there is rain or dangerous weather in the forecast, we will make a cancellation determination and post the update on this webpage and social media by 4:30 p.m. that evening.

Please check this webpage or the Department of Human Service Programs Facebook page for the latest weather updates and league impacts.
