CNA Training Program Participants learn how to take blood pressure.

Do you want to start a career in healthcare? The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Program at the Cambridge Community Learning Center (CLC) provides adult learners with hands-on experience and education to help start a career as a healthcare professional. 

The program has two tracks:

  • Track 1 for English Language Learners will run from February – June 2024. This program track includes classes to improve English and math skills.
  • Track 2 for advanced or fluent English speakers will run from March – June 2024. Students must live in Cambridge to be eligible for this track.

Students who successfully complete the CNA Training Program earn:

  • Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
  • Alzheimer's / Dementia Care Certificate
  • CPR/AED Certificate
  • Certificate of Completion for Nursing Assistant Training Program at Labouré College of Healthcare

Students will also be registered for the Massachusetts State Nursing Exam free of charge and receive support applying for jobs.
