The City of Cambridge, in partnership with Cambridge Public Schools, has released the Cambridge Out-of-School Time (OST) Expansion Study Report. The purpose of the study is to better understand the unmet need in Cambridge by fully examining the demand for afterschool seats and the current capacity to meet that demand.

The Cambridge Youth Council (CYC) has created a new mural in the CRLS Cafeteria. The mural aims to highlight the value of diversity by depicting people from different cultures coming together and appreciating one another's company.

Every year, the Cambridge Youth Council (CYC) leads a community fundraiser to support local nonprofit organizations that offer support services to vulnerable community members. This year, in partnership with the CRLS Black Student Union (BSU), CYC focused on raising funds to benefit a single nonprofit: the Cambridge Economic Opportunity Committee (CEOC).
