Mayelin Pena, 22, of 128 Park Street in Dorchester, was arrested for shoplifting by concealment, and Charles Duncan, 18, of 55 Lenox Street in Boston, was arrested for shoplifting by concealment and four active warrants out of Dorchester District Court.
