After an investigation it was determined that one of the involved parties, Dion Leroy Breeden, 46, homeless, had a warrant issued out of Boston District Court for indecent exposure and trespassing. He was subsequently placed under arrest.

Mayelin Pena, 22, of 128 Park Street in Dorchester, was arrested for shoplifting by concealment, and Charles Duncan, 18, of 55 Lenox Street in Boston, was arrested for shoplifting by concealment and four active warrants out of Dorchester District Court.

06/26/2016 20:45 INCIDENT 16004563	BISHOP ALLEN DR Cambridge Police responded to Bishop Allen Drive and Norfolk Street for the report of a male struck by a vehicle that fled the scene. The vehicle was stopped, and the operator, Michelle Bedard, 30, of Everett, was placed under arrest for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and leaving the scene of an accident with personal injury.
