Mirkle Murphy, 58, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, and Nelson Daley, 59,  of Cambridge, were arrested outside of Franklin Street. Murphy was arrested on a warrant out of Boston District Court for trespassing and Daley was charged with possession of a class B drug and possession class B drug with intent to distribute.
