TECHNOLOGY SQUARE

Officers responded to Technology Square for a report of a hit and run causing personal injury to a pedestrian whose arm was struck by a tractor trailer as it turned in her path. The pedestrian did not require medical attention and stated she would follow up with her own doctor.

A breaking and entering was reported at a Hilliard Street residence. Between approximately 11:00 p.m. on October 12 and 8:30 a.m. on October 13, an unknown suspect entered the residence through an unlocked door and stole the reporting party’s wallet from the kitchen table. Fraudulent charges have been made to one of the reporting party’s credit cards.

TECHNOLOGY SQUARE

An employee of a Technology Square business reported her light gray Dahon bicycle stolen from a parking garage while secured with a U-lock. According to security footage, the bicycle was taken from the garage at 4:40 p.m. by a male suspect wearing a face mask and camo pants.

Officers responded to a Kelly Road residence for a report of a breaking and entering that may have occurred on October 12. The rear door and deadbolt latch were severely damaged, but nothing has been reported missing from the residence at this time and the door has been repaired.

A resident of Cambridge reported her bicycle stolen from a rack in Central Square at approximately 4:45 p.m. The bicycle was unattended and locked from 4:30 to 4:50 p.m. When the reporting party exited a store, she observed the suspect pedaling away and chased him for a distance before losing sight of him.

Officers responded to the area of Binney Street for a report of a stolen motor vehicle. The vehicle was parked at approximately 10:30 a.m. on October 14 and found to be missing at 10:30 p.m. on October 15. The keys to the stolen vehicle had been left in an unlocked vehicle nearby and taken by an unknown suspect.
