11/12/2018 09:42 ARREST 18008021 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Richard Stokes, 37, 93 Whitfield Street in Boston, was placed under arrest on warrants out of Dorchester. The charges include Threat to Commit Crime, Intimidating a Witness/Juror/Police/Court Official, Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, and Larceny Under $1200.
11/12/2018 11:35 INCIDENT 18008023 ROBBERY, UNARMED c265 S19	CAMBRIDGESIDE PLACE Theophilus Mensah, 37, 240 Warren Street in Randolph, was placed under arrest for Unarmed Robbery after assaulting a loss prevention officer while shoplifting from a Cambridgeside Place business.
11/12/2018 12:21 INCIDENT 18008024 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	WALDEN STREET A resident of Walden Street reported that his motor vehicle was sideswiped between 3:00pm on November 10 and 8:00am on November 11 while parked in front of his house. The vehicle sustained significant damage.

Upon arrival, the suspect had fled and the victim stated that he did not wish to pursue charges because nothing had been stolen from him and he was uninjured.

11/12/2018 17:59 INCIDENT 18008033 UNINSURED MOTOR VEHICLE C90 S34J	SOMERVILLE AVENUE Officers stopped a vehicle for excessive speed and the driver, a resident of Arlington, was issued a citation for Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
11/12/2018 18:15 INCIDENT 18008034 A&B c265 S13A	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Officers responded to Central Square for a report of a man who had just been punched in the face. The victim and bystanders gave conflicting statements and were unable to offer information about the suspect. The victim was transported to the hospital for minor injuries.

11/11/2018 03:39 INCIDENT 18008000 A&B WITH DANGEROUS WEAPON c265 S15A	CAMBRIDGE PARKWAY Officers responded to a Cambridge Parkway hotel for a report that two employees of the business had been assaulted by two guests over a disagreement about their room key. A resident of Springfield was summonsed for Assault and Battery With a Dangerous Weapon, Assault and Battery, and Failure to Stop for Police.
11/11/2018 09:20 INCIDENT 18008004 MISC. REPORT TYPE	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Officers responded to a disturbance at a convenience store located on Massachusetts Avenue.
11/11/2018 13:22 INCIDENT 18008009 LARCENY OVER $1200 BY SINGLE SCHEME c266 S30(1)	CHILD STREET A resident of Child Street reported being the victim of a scam between October and November 2018. The victim received a telephone call supposedly from a foreign law enforcement agency and was convinced to wire them money in order to prevent her arrest.
11/11/2018 15:34 INCIDENT 18008011 TELEPHONE CALLS, OBSCENE c269 S14A	BROADWAY Officers responded to a Broadway business for a report of harassing phone calls of an obscene nature made to the store.
11/11/2018 15:49 INCIDENT 18008012 MOTOR VEH, MALICIOUS DAMAGE TO c266 S28	WALDEN STREET Officers responded to the area of Walden and Wood Streets for a report of malicious destruction to a motor vehicle. The reporting party’s vehicle had sustained a deep scratch on the passenger side door while parked in a parking lot between approximately 8:00 a.m. and 12 p.m. on November 2.

Auburn Street business for a malicious destruction of property report. The business owner reported that an unknown person(s) had broken the window pane to the property. The window was taped and covered for safety.

11/10/2018 07:13 INCIDENT 18007977 ROBBERY, ARMED c265 s17	BRATTLE STREET William Oliva, 29, 484 Kings Highway in Brooklyn, New York, was placed under arrest for Armed Robbery, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B Drug, and Threat to Commit Crime. Oliva was initially arrested for taking cash from an individual in Harvard Square and waving scissors at the victim when he attempted to reclaim his property. Crack cocaine was found in Oliva’s possession. During booking, Oliva was verbally assaultive towards the booking officers and repeatedly threatened to kill all of the officers present.
11/10/2018 10:02 INCIDENT 18007979 B&E MV / BOAT NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY C266 S16	WHEELER STREET A resident of Lawrence reported a breaking and entering to his vehicle that occurred between 7:30 p.m. on November 9 and 10:00 a.m. on November 10 while it was parked on Wheeler Street.
11/10/2018 11:08 INCIDENT 18007980 MOTOR VEH, LARCENY OF c266 S28	LAMSON PLACE A resident of Lamson Place reported a stolen motor vehicle that was last seen on Essex Street around 10:30 p.m. on November 9.

An unknown suspect(s) smashed the window of the reporting party’s vehicle and stole a backpack containing books and a HP laptop between approximately 5:30 and 7:00 p.m.

11/09/2018 08:09 INCIDENT 18007953 ASSIST OTHER AGENCY	SCIENCE PARK Officers responded to Science Park for a report of a cyclist struck by a dump truck. Several agencies, including Massachusetts State Police, Cambridge Fire Department, and Professional Ambulance, assisted on scene. The victim was later pronounced deceased.
11/09/2018 08:13 INCIDENT 18007950 B&E MV / BOAT NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY C266 S16	COGSWELL AVENUE A resident of Cogswell Avenue reported a breaking and entering to her vehicle that occurred while it was parked outside her residence on November 4. Several personal items were stolen.

The suspect left a note with a phone number for the vehicle’s owner to text, but the owner has attempted to communicate with the suspect and has not yet received insurance information.
