William Oliva, 29, 484 Kings Highway in Brooklyn, New York, was placed under arrest for Armed Robbery, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B Drug, and Threat to Commit Crime. Oliva was initially arrested for taking cash from an individual in Harvard Square and waving scissors at the victim when he attempted to reclaim his property. Crack cocaine was found in Oliva’s possession. During booking, Oliva was verbally assaultive towards the booking officers and repeatedly threatened to kill all of the officers present.
