Cambridge Police were dispatched to a local establishment on Massachusetts Avenue for the report of a person who previously shoplifted earlier in the day, who has been trespassed in the past, and was back in the store for a second time in the past couple of hours. Basel Zakkari, 55, 402 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Cambridge District Court (Shoplifting by Concealing Merchandise) and also charged with two counts of trespassing.

RINDGE AVE
Cambridge Police responded to a Rindge Avenue business for the report of an unwanted male. Prior to police arrival, the unwanted male was gone from the area. The unwanted male later returned to the area, punched the store clerk in the face, threatened to kill the store clerk and another female victim, brandished a knife and stated he had a gun. The unwanted male was later identified as Domingo Peters, 55, 362 Rindge Avenue in Cambridge. Peters was arrested and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon and Assault.
