05/11/202107:50 INCIDENT 21003118 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE C90 S24	ELM ST An Elm Street resident was parked on Elm Street and someone did hit her car, leaving damage, and left the scene without making themselves known.
05/11/202108:59 INCIDENT 21003120 LARCENY UNDER $1200 C266 S30(1)	NORFOLK ST A Norfolk Street resident reports that her bike was stolen from in front of their residence.
05/11/202109:01 INCIDENT 21003121 A&B C265 S13A	CAMBRIDGE ST Multiple Cambridge Police Officers responded to the intersection of Cambridge Street and Max Ave for a report of a disturbance involving a firearm. Upon arrival officers spoke with all parties involved and learned there was no firearm involved and the individuals were engaged in a verbal dispute and had physically assaulted each other by spitting on each other. After speaking with all involved, they all went their separate ways.

05/11/202110:09 INCIDENT 21003124 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY C266 S16	LEIGHTON ST A Cambridge resident reports that an unknown person(s) broke into their home and destroyed and stole property.
05/11/202110:55 INCIDENT 21003125 FORGERY OF CHECK C267 S1	MT AUBURN ST A business in Harvard Square had checks forged and cashed.
05/11/202111:31 INCIDENT 21003126 DANGEROUS WEAPON, CARRY C269 S10	INMAN ST Cambridge Police responded to Inman Street and Bishop Allen Drive for a suspicious person. As a result of the call for service, Russell Giacchetto, 54, 39 Winford Way in Medford, was placed under arrest for a warrant issued out of Somerville District Court for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon. In addition, Giacchetto was charged with Carrying a Dangerous Weapon for being in possession of a set of brass knuckles during the arrest.
05/11/202112:24 INCIDENT 21003131 SHOPLIFTING BY ASPORTATION C266 S30A	TECHNOLOGY SQ Officers responded for a larceny in Kendall Square. A resident of Hyde Park was summonsed for larceny from a building after taking items from a store counter.
05/11/202112:26 INCIDENT 21003129 CREDIT CARD, LARCENY OF C266 S37B(B)	LEIGHTON ST A Leighton Street resident had her debit card stolen.
05/11/202112:47 INCIDENT 21003133 WIT/JUROR/POL/COURT OFFICIAL, INTIMIDATE C268 S13B	FRANKLIN ST Richard Payne, 46, 5 Kimball Court in Woburn, was arrested at Western Avenue and Franklin Street on a charge of Intimidation of a Witness. Payne threatened to kill a female should she decide to testify in an ongoing court case with an acquaintance of Payne's.
05/11/202112:51 INCIDENT 21003132 A&B C265 S13A	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A resident of Cambridge was summonsed to court for Assault and Battery, Trespassing, Shoplifting by Concealing, and Failure to Appear Upon Recognizance. He was observed by a Central Square store concealing items in his bag without paying for them.
05/11/202113:09 INCIDENT 21003134 LARCENY UNDER $1200 C266 S30(1)	AUBURN PK An Auburn Park resident had his bike stolen from the storage area of the grounds.

05/11/202117:09 INCIDENT 21003141 IDENTITY FRAUD	JACKSON CIR A Cambridge resident reported an incident regarding identity theft.
05/11/202117:10 INCIDENT 21003143 UNLICENSED OPERATION OF MV C90 S10	WHITTEMORE AVE A resident of Somerville was summonsed for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. They were initially stopped for making an improper turn and operating on a restricted way.
05/11/202117:31 INCIDENT 21003144 LARCENY UNDER $1200 C266 S30(1)	CAMBRIDGE ST A resident of a shelter reports that he lost his ATM card in April of 2021.
05/11/202119:34 INCIDENT 21003146 DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY -$1200, MALICIOUS C266 S12	SACRAMENTO ST A Cambridge resident reported damage to a motor vehicle while it was parked on Sacramento Street.
05/11/202119:50 INCIDENT 21003147 THREAT TO COMMIT CRIME C275 S2	CORCORAN LN A Cambridge resident reported harassing phone calls and threats made since 3/18/2021 by a person known to them, numerous threatening phone calls and using vulgar language.

05/11/202120:12 INCIDENT 21003148 A&B C265 S13A	WHITE ST A Somerville resident reported a past assault and battery, which took place in front of a grocery store in Porter Square at approximately 5:30 p.m. The victim was walking on the sidewalk in front of the store when an unknown male approached him from the Somerville side of the parking lot. The male kicked trash at the victim and then punched the victim in the back. The victim ran into a nearby store for safety. The suspect left in an unknown direction.

05/11/202120:40 ARREST 21003151 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	WEBSTER AVE Benjamin Rucker, 26, homeless in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Cambridge Superior Court for Armed Robbery and Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon.
