Cambridge Police Officers responded to Massachusetts Ave, to a local business for a patron who had walked out on his bill after being served over $100 in food. The reporting party expressed to officers that the male party was highly intoxicated and had left his credit cards and Massachusetts ID behind. Officers searched the area, attempting to perform a well-being check on the party in question, when a male matching the description given was found asleep on the sidewalk by Massachusetts Ave and State Street. While waiting for a medical evaluation by Professional Ambulance, the male began becoming enraged to the point where he threated officers and pushed an officer on scene. As a result, John Sheehan, 62, Boston, was placed under arrest for Assault and Battery on a Police Officer and Fraudulently Procuring Food or Accommodations for Credit.
