Cambridge Police stopped a motorist in Central Square for an observed traffic violation. The operator was found to be unlicensed and the vehicle was found to have improper registration plates attached. The operator, a Revere resident, will be summonsed for Improper Left Hand Turn, Unlicensed Operation, and Attaching Registration Plates.
