A resident of Lynn was summonsed after being involved in a motor vehicle crash. The operator admitted to police that he was driving at the time of the minor motor vehicle crash. He also admitted to not having a license. As a result, he was informed of an issued summons to appear in court for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Timothy Roberts, 39, 280 Martin Luther King Blvd. in Boston, was arrested for Shoplifting by Concealment from a store. Roberts was observed concealing multiple items totaling $1,797.84 in a shopping bag and backpack. Officers approached Roberts and requested to view items in his bag, which revealed multiple hats and shirts with tags and no receipt. Roberts was placed under arrest without incident.

Cambridge Police responded to the area of 1400 block of Cambridge Street for report of a disturbance. As a result, Richard Wheeler, 62, 929 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. Cambridge Police responded to three separate incidents involving Wheeler within a few hour timeframe. He was engaging in threatening and tumultuous behavior towards bystanders, ambulance personnel and Cambridge Police Officers. Wheeler had to be removed from a private establishment and transported to a nearby city hospital. Once released, Wheeler was observed by ambulance personnel laying down in the middle of traffic. Cambridge Police were forced to stop traffic in both directions completely stopping the flow of traffic. Wheeler was observed engaging in threatening behavior towards ambulance personnel and juveniles.
