10/19/202209:45 INCIDENT22008165 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE C90 S24	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police responded to a residence on the 2500 block of Massachusetts Avenue for a past hit and run crash with property damage. A report was taken.

10/19/202210:43 INCIDENT22008168 UNLICENSED OPERATION OF MV C90 S10	DIVINITY AVE A resident of Lynn was summonsed after being involved in a motor vehicle crash. The operator admitted to police that he was driving at the time of the minor motor vehicle crash. He also admitted to not having a license. As a result, he was informed of an issued summons to appear in court for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
10/19/202210:55 INCIDENT22008167 SHOPLIFTING BY CONCEALING MDSE C266 S30A	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Timothy Roberts, 39, 280 Martin Luther King Blvd. in Boston, was arrested for Shoplifting by Concealment from a store. Roberts was observed concealing multiple items totaling $1,797.84 in a shopping bag and backpack. Officers approached Roberts and requested to view items in his bag, which revealed multiple hats and shirts with tags and no receipt. Roberts was placed under arrest without incident.

10/19/202213:12 INCIDENT22008172 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police placed Vanessa Smith, 65, 466 Broadway in Chelsea, under arrest for a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon and Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon on a Person 65+.

REPORT TYPE	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Community Outreach responded to a reported encampment in front of an unoccupied business on the 700 block of Mass Ave. Two unhoused residents were identified and will be offered services, while the Central Square BID cleaned and removed all abandoned property left behind by the residents.

10/19/202215:37 INCIDENT22008184 B&E MV IN DAYTIME OR NIGHTTIME FOR MISDEMEANOR C26	GREEN ST A resident reported that several items were stolen from his motor vehicle.
10/19/202215:46 INCIDENT22008192 LARCENY OVER $1200 C266 S30	TROWBRIDGE ST A Cambridge resident reported her bicycle was stolen from a garage.

10/19/202216:24 INCIDENT22008188 LARCENY UNDER $1200 C266 S30(1)	GREEN ST FL Cambridge Police took a report for a bicycle that was stolen from a resident in Central Square.
10/19/202216:57 INCIDENT22008200 LARCENY UNDER $1200 C266 S30(1)	COLUMBIA ST A Cambridge resident reported the theft of scooter parts.
10/19/202217:42 INCIDENT22008197 DISORDERLY CONDUCT C272 S53	CAMBRIDGE ST Cambridge Police responded to the area of 1400 block of Cambridge Street for report of a disturbance. As a result, Richard Wheeler, 62, 929 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. Cambridge Police responded to three separate incidents involving Wheeler within a few hour timeframe. He was engaging in threatening and tumultuous behavior towards bystanders, ambulance personnel and Cambridge Police Officers. Wheeler had to be removed from a private establishment and transported to a nearby city hospital. Once released, Wheeler was observed by ambulance personnel laying down in the middle of traffic. Cambridge Police were forced to stop traffic in both directions completely stopping the flow of traffic. Wheeler was observed engaging in threatening behavior towards ambulance personnel and juveniles.

10/19/202218:02 INCIDENT22008199	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Boston resident was assaulted at a Central Square business. Witnesses stated a man in his 30s was pushing a grocery carriage when he was punched to the ground and struck.
