Police stopped a vehicle after witnessing it fail to stop at an intersection three times. Officers determined the vehicle was stolen out of Boston. Carl Woodley, 57, of Roslindale, MA,was placed under arrest for receiving a stolen vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and 3 counts of failure to yield at an intersection.
