Officers on patrol on Massachusetts Avenue near Porter Square. conducted a motor vehicle stop of a vehicle with an obstructed registration plate. During the stop it was learned the operator had a suspended driver's license. As a result the operator, a Cambridge resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court for Operating After License Suspension and a Number Plate Violation.
