FRANKLIN ST Police were conducting routine traffic enforcement and observed a motor vehicle parked in a "no parking" zone on the 200 block of Franklin St. An inquiry revealed that the registration plate does not correspond with the vehicle it is attached to. The vehicle was towed from the scene and the owner, a Beverly, MA resident, will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on a charge of Attaching Registration Plate. |
