Police were conducting routine traffic enforcement and observed a motor vehicle parked in a "no parking" zone on the 200 block of Franklin St. An inquiry revealed that the registration plate does not correspond with the vehicle it is attached to. The vehicle was towed from the scene and the owner, a Beverly, MA resident, will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on a charge of Attaching Registration Plate.

Police responded to a report of a breaking & entering in progress on the 100 block of Spring St. The reporting party claims that the suspect opened the rear balcony door of their home and broke inside. The suspect claimed they were attempting to get into their partners home. Officers conducted an investigation and confirmed that the suspects partner was not a resident of the address they attempted to burglarize. Officers subsequently placed Brandon Mitchell, 34, Unhoused, under arrest for Unarmed Burglary. A report was taken.

Police responded to a report of an unwanted person on the 700 block of Massachusetts Ave. The reporting party claims that an individual was giving the bar staff problems and continuing to drink after having been cut off by the establishment. Officers located the individual and they were removed from the establishment. A report was taken.
