During the interaction it was learned one of the parties, later identified as Ryan Adams, of South Boston, had three active warrants out off South Boston and Boston District Courts. Adams was place under arrest for the warrants and is being charged with Possession of a Class B Substance, Subsequent Offense, Receiving Stolen Property Less than $1200, Subsequent Offense, and Obstruction of Justice. |

When the ambulance arrived to evaluate the male he became aggressive, threatening and combative with officers as well as medical personnel. The male, identified as Daniel Mervin, unhoused, physically assaulted officers by kicking, spitting and headbutting them. As a result Mervin was arrested for 2 counts of Assault & Battery on a Police Officer, and 1 count of Threats to Commit a Crime. |
