Police responded to a report of a theft from a building on the 900 block of Massachusetts Ave. En route to location officers observed and stopped a man matching the description of the suspect that was provided by the reporting party. Upon further investigation, officers placed Raymond Bautista, 57, of Concord under arrest for larceny from a building.
