    Officers responded to the area of Massachusetts Avenue and Cameron Avenue for a report of a fight. It was learned there have been an argument between neighbors.

    Officers conducted a traffic stop for an observed violation on Appleton Street and Brattle Street. During the stop it was learned the registration of the vehicle was revoked for insurance purposes and the driver did not have an active driver's license. The driver, a Belmont resident, will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court.

    An officer on detail was approached by the victim of an armed robbery at Massachusetts Avenue and Prospect Street. The victim stated they gave a suspect $25 in an attempt to purchase crack. The suspect took the money, then threatened the victim with a kitchen style knife. Officers located the suspect, identified as Nathaniel Day, 44, of Boston, and placed him under arrest for Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.

    A resident reported a break-in to their motor vehicle on the 0 block of Magee St. A suspect broke into the vehicle sometime overnight between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM and stole several items.

    Officers took a report of a past larceny on the 100 block of Inman Street. The reporting party stated that on April 2nd a suspect took an ultra sound emitter, which was placed to stop animals from going on the grass, from a tree on the property.

    A resident reported fraud on the 0 block of Winter Street. The reporting party has lost over $24,000.00 in a Crypto currency scam since April 3rd.

    A Cambridge resident reported being threatened on the 0 block of Cameron Ave. The reporting party stated that they had an encounter with suspects from an earlier incident within a residential building. They believed their words and actions towards them were threatening. Police documented the incident.

    A Somerville resident reported a past hit-and-run motor vehicle crash. The reporting party stated their vehicle was struck while parked overnight on the 1500 block of Cambridge St. There was extensive damage to the right side of the vehicle.

    BROADWAY
    Police responded to the 0 block of Broadway for a disturbance involving a party who was previously trespassed. Approximately 20 minutes prior, officers had responded to the same location and removed this individual, identified as Eric Girvids, 65, of Rosindale, from the property. When officers returned and again found Girvids, he was placed under arrest for Trespassing. While being placed under arrest, Girvids kicked an officer in the leg with his foot and grabbed another, causing injury to that officer. Due to those assaults, Girvids was also charged with A&B by Dangerous Weapon and A&B on Police Officer.
