    While on Prospect Street, a patrol officer located a vehicle with an expired registration. A motor vehicle stop was conducted, and the operator, a New Hampshire residen, was found to be unlicensed. The operator will be summonsed to court on related charges.

    Police responded to addresses on Harvard Street and Memorial Drive for reports of suspicious people. Residents reported unknown people were soliciting at their buildings claiming to be from Eversource or Nordic Energy. Police searched both areas but were unable to locate any suspects.

    Police Officers in the area of Cambridge Street and Third Street observed a motorcycle with no license plate. A traffic stop was conducted and it was concluded that the motorcycle was not registered or insured, and the operator had no license to operate a vehicle on a public way. As a result a Dedham resident was issued a criminal application for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Uninsured Motor Vehicle.

    Police placed Janis Burns, 46 of Boston under arrest for 1 count of Shoplifting by Asportation - Subsequent Offense. Officeres responded to business located on the 500 block of Massachusetts Ave for individual, later identified as Burns, who had placed merchandise into a bag and exited the store without paying for them. Officers located Burns with multiple items which were stolen from said business.

    Police arrested Nicole Goroshko, 42 of Cambridge for one count of Shoplifting by Asportation. After shopliting from a business located on the 500 block of Massachusetts Ave, store loss prevention staff identified Goroshko and stopped her with merchandise.

After an investigation, Haylon Cummings, 21 of Cambridge was placed under arrest for the following charges. Oui Liquor , Open Container Alcohol, Open Container Marijuana, Negligent Operation of MV, Wanton Destruction of Property.
