    Police responded to the 0 block of Crescent Street for a report of a person stealing a bicycle. A witnessed stated they'd observed an individual attempting to break a bike free from it's lock. The individual was gone upon officers arrival and could not be located.

    Police conducted a check of parked vehicles in the area of Tremont Street and Carlisle Street. One illegally parked vehicle was found to be uninsured and unregistered. The vehicle was towed and the owner will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court.

    Police while on patrol in the area of Green and Pearl Streets observed two male parties sitting on a stoop directly below a "No Trespassing" sign engaged in what appeared to be illicit drug activity. Both parties were subsequently identified. One of the parties, identified as Eliezer Da Silva, 29, Unhoused, was found to have one active warrant out of Roxbury District Court and was placed under arrest. The second party continued on their way without incident.

    Officers responded to a call box activation in Central Square and found two individuals arguing. A female stated that an individual, later identified as Mr. Joshua Fatal, 34, unhoused, had confronted her as she got off the bus. When the female attempted to walk away, Mr. Fatal reached towards her and ripped away a box of ice cream that she was carrying under her arm. She then walked quickly down Massachusetts Avenue to get away and Mr. Fatal followed behind her the entire length of the block threatening physical harm to her. Police placed Fatal under arrest for Unarmed Robbery and Threat to Commit a Crime.
