    Police officers were patrolling the area of Central Square when they observed two individuals sitting on the steps of private property. Officers approached the two individuals and observed Selena Kimball, 28, of Cambridge, holding a small piece of tin foil in her hand. When asked about the tinfoil, Kimball dropped it to the ground and officers observed it to contain a plastic baggy containing a white/tan powdery substance, believed to be fentanyl. Kimball was subsequently placed under arrest for Possession of a Class A Substance.
