Police responded to a report of a past breaking & entering on the 800 block of Main St. The victim reported an unknown party entered their shop and stole $400-500 in cash from their office.

While on patrol, officers observed an individual known to them to have an active warrant at the intersection of Douglass St & Massachusetts Ave. Upon confirming their warrant status, officers placed Lуlе Оаtеѕ, 36, unhoused, under arrest for an active warrant. During the arrest process, Оаtеѕ attempted to bite one of the police officers trying to place him in handcuffs. As a result, Оаtеѕ was additionally charged with A&B on a Police Officer, and Resisting Arrest.

Police began to prepare a prisoner for transportation on the 100 block of Sixth St. The prisoner refused to cooperate with officers and smeared their feces along their cells windows and walls. As a result, Раul Аnkudе, 65, of Cambridge was charged with 1 Count of Vandalizing Property.

Police responded to a report of a past larceny on the 200 block of Third St. The reporting party claims their bicycle, valued at $600, was stolen from a locked storage room. The reporting party claims their bike was secured with a cable lock during the theft.

Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle parked blocking a fire hydrant on the 200 block of Norfolk St. Upon arrival, officers confirmed the violation and found the vehicle to be uninsured. The vehicle was towed from the roadway. The owner of the vehicle, a Cambridge resident, will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on related charges.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance at the intersection of Berkshire St & Cambridge St. The reporting party claims that an individual had threatening to shoot them before leaving the area. Officers were able to locate and identify the involved party as a Cambridge resident. They will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court for a Threat to Commit Crime.

Police responded to a report of a suspect attempting to cash a fake check on the 700 block of Massachusetts Ave. The reporting party claims an individual, later identified as Rаmkhаri Khаtiwаdа, 30, of Dorchester, had attempted to cash a fraudulent check using a forged Rhode Island license. Khаtiwаdа fled prior to the arrival of officers, he was located nearby and subsequently placed under arrest on related charges.

Police responded to a report of an assault and battery on the 400 block of Broadway. The reporting party claims they observed an individual grab a cell phone out of someone's hand, toss it to the ground and pushing them. The individual admitted to grabbing the cell phone but denied pushing them. Neither party reported any injuries.
