    Police responded to the 500 block of Massachusetts Avenue for the report of two people using a device to cut backpacks and clothing. Investigation revealed that Jennifer Stanley,44, Unhoused and Ryan Dubois, 40, Unhoused entered a business together and proceeded to a secluded portion of the store where they attempted to disengage the anti-theft devices securing merchandise. While detained by officers, Dubois produced a valid Massachusetts drivers license belonging to another person and it was later discovered he had a warrant out of Boston Municipal Court. Both individuals were charged with Unlawful Possession of Theft Device and Conspiracy while Dubois was additionally charged with Obstruction of Justice and Possession of Stolen RMV Document.

    Police stopped at the intersection of Massachusetts Ave & Pearl St where they witnessed Carlo Banks, 52, of Boston and Nathaniel Day, 44, of Boston consuming from an open bottle of alcohol while sitting at the bus stop. As a direct result, Carlo Banks and Nathaniel Day were subsequently placed under arrest and charged with count Municipal Ordinance Violation Drinking in Public.
