NORTH FIRST ST
Police responded to the 0 block of North First Street to document a report of a disturbance. The reporting party stated another male had been following him around and wouldn't leave him alone. The reporting party also stated that the individual had exposed himself to the reporting party.

BRATTLE ST
Police responded to the 0 block of Brattle St for a larceny of a bicycle that occurred in Harvard Square.

SHERMAN ST
Police responded to the 100 block of Sherman St for a threats report. The reporting person stated an individual was attempting to threaten them by making it look like they had weapons.

SMITH PL
Police responded to the 0 block of Smith Pl for a report of past vandalism.

CAMBRIDGE ST
Police responded to the 1400 block of Cambridge St for reports of an individual that was punched in the face.

MAIN ST
Police responded to the 700 block of Main St where an employee of a restaurant in Kendall Square reported damage to the front windows.

PLEASANT ST
Police responded to the 0 block of Pleasant Street for a past hit and run report.

BRATTLE SQ
Police responded to the 0 block of Brattle Sq where a former resident of Cambridge reported that her cat was stolen and it is allegedly still in the area.

EDUCATION CIR
Police responded to the 0 block of Education Cir for an attempted package theft.

UPLAND RD
Police responded to the 100 block of Upland Rd for an identity fraud report where an unknown individual attempted to fraudulently open a bank account using the victim's personal information.

RINDGE AVE
Police responded to the 400 block of Rindge Ave for a harassment report between two neighbors.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
A resident came into the station to report an incident regarding identity theft. The victim stated that her identity had been stolen sometime since 2022 and used in a fraudulent job application.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police responded to the 500 block of Massachusetts Avenue for the report of two people using a device to cut backpacks and clothing. Investigation revealed that Jennifer Stanley,44, Unhoused and Ryan Dubois, 40, Unhoused entered a business together and proceeded to a secluded portion of the store where they attempted to disengage the anti-theft devices securing merchandise. While detained by officers, Dubois produced a valid Massachusetts drivers license belonging to another person and it was later discovered he had a warrant out of Boston Municipal Court. Both individuals were charged with Unlawful Possession of Theft Device and Conspiracy while Dubois was additionally charged with Obstruction of Justice and Possession of Stolen RMV Document.

PINE ST
Police responded to the 0 block of Pine St where a resident reported an unknown male had stolen a package that had been delivered to their residence earlier in the day.

ALLSTON ST
A Cambridge resident reported a past breaking and entering to their motor vehicle on the 0 block of Allston St.

RIVER ST
A Cambridge resident reported a past larceny on the 200 block of River St.

GREEN ST
Police responded to 500 block of Green Street for a past hit & run crash.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE & PEARL ST
Police stopped at the intersection of Massachusetts Ave & Pearl St where they witnessed Carlo Banks, 52, of Boston and Nathaniel Day, 44, of Boston consuming from an open bottle of alcohol while sitting at the bus stop. As a direct result, Carlo Banks and Nathaniel Day were subsequently placed under arrest and charged with count Municipal Ordinance Violation Drinking in Public.
