    Police responded to a business in the area of Gore Street and Monsignor O'Brien Highway to investigate a report of a suspect removing tires off of a motor vehicle. Officers located the vehicle and found that the suspect had removed 3 of the 4 times but fled the area before the arrival of police.

    Police filed a malicious destruction report for a local business. The business explained to officers that two exterior doors were tagged with graffiti.

    Police observed Jamie Nucci, 53 of Cambridge engaged in drug activity on the 400 block of Green Street. Nucci had a loaded hypodermic needle and was in possession of Methamphetamine. As a result, Nucci was placed under arrest and Possession of a Class B Substance. Nucci faced an added charge of Intimidating a Witness due to comments made to a bystanding during the arrest.

    Police responded to a business located in Porter Square for a person shoplifting. Store staff stated they stopped an individual who was attempting to steal $78.96 worth of merchandise. The suspect dropped the merchandise and fled prior to the arrival of police.

    Police responded to a Churchill Avenue for a report of larceny. A resident reported their package, containing $28 in hygiene products, had been stolen from the lobby of their building.

    Police responded to Line Street for possible breaking & entering in progress. A resident stated that they'd observed an individual rummaging through their yard and banging on the rear door, causing damage. The individual fled prior to the arrival of officers.

    Police responded to a Franklin St apartment for a scam report. The resident stated they'd noticed an unauthorized charge on their bill and when they called to follow-up on the matter they were tricked into paying additional money. Total loss is $444.

    Police responded to a River St business for a report of a shoplifting. Store staff directed officers to an individual who was suspected of stealing merchandise. Officers assisted the manager with trespassing the individual from the store.

    Police responded to the intersection of Bishop Allen Drive and Douglas Street for a crash report. It was discovered that one of the vehicles involved had it's registration revoked for lack of insurance. The registered owner, a Boston resident, will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on related charges.

    Police arrested David Lee Rodgers, 44, unhoused for one count of Assault & Battery with Dangerous Weapon. Officers responded to University Park, 20 Sydney Street, for a report of a fight in progress. As a result of an investigation, it was determined that David Rodgers struck victim in head with hammer.

    Robert Elliott, 35 of Everett was arrested for Possession of a Class A Drug (Fentanyl), Possession of a Class B drug (Methamphetamine), and multiple warrants out of Cambridge District Court and Boston District Court. Mr. Elliot was arrested after Officers observed him in the Porter Square neighborhood. Officers had prior knowledge that Mr. Elliott had active warrants and approached him and placed him under arrest. When Mr. Elliott was searched incident to arrest, Officers located 5.74 grams of Fentanyl and 2.95 grams of Methamphetamine in his possession.

    A police officer observed a Shawn Maxfield, 42 of Boston conceal merchandise inside the CVS and pass all points of sale and attempt to enter the MBTA. The officer stopped Maxfield, it was found he had two (2) warrants for his arrest and was in possession of a substance later revealed to be Fentanyl. Maxfield was placed under arrest on related charges.

    Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Massachusetts Avenue near the intersection with Langdon Street. It was learned that the vehicle registration was revoked and the owner, Aisha King, 35, of Natick had a warrant out of Brookline District Court. King was placed under arrest for the warrant and will face an additional charge for operating an unregistered and uninsured vehicle.

    Police and fire responded to the vicinity of Third St. at Spring St. for the report of an unattended bag. The bag was checked and determined not to be hazardous.
