    Officers were in the area of the 700 block of Massachusetts Ave when they observed an individual they knew to have warrants. Officers confirmed the warrants, Tiffany Almeida, 34, of Cambridge was placed under arrest for five warrants out of Cambridge and Boston District Court.

    Police responded to the 0 block of Rindge Ave for an individual observed reaching into a motor vehicle as well as pulling on a car handle door. Michael Mottolo, 45, of Haverhill was subsequently placed under arrest for attempting to break into a motor vehicle along with 3 warrants out of Chelsea, Orleans, and Malden District Court.

    Police responded to the intersection of Massachusetts Ave and Harvey Street for a report of a motor vehicle crash. It was learned that one of the operators, a Brockton resident, did not possess a valid driver's license. As a result they will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court for one count of Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

    Police responded to the 300 block of River Street for a party shoplifting. Upon further investigation, a Mr. Carlos Diaz, 51, of Cambridge was placed under arrest for shoplifting by asportation after concealing $704.14 in his backpack before exiting the store. It was also discovered that Mr. Diaz had a warrant out of Quincy District Court.
